Zhao Fu discovered that the ratmen’s strength came from their special class and tried to persuade the remaining villagers to surrender. The ratmen leaders instead lured him into a trap, but Zhao Fu anticipated the ambush and faced the attackers with his Heavenly Demon Sword.
Zhao Fu defeated the ratman assassins and took control of their village. He then went to the entrance of a ruin and read the creed carved on its stone stele.
Zhao Fu transferred into the Assassin: Order class and opened a sealed passage that led to a deadly, dim forest. When the trees attacked him, he realized he needed to think like an assassin and used Stealth to approach them.
Zhao Fu fought a powerful monster that could teleport and rapidly heal, then embraced his assassin class and struck its heart. The chapter left the monster pierced by Zhao Fu’s sleeve sword, with both of them frozen in place.
Zhao Fu fought Ghosts through the forest for seven days, improving his combat skills and empowering his sleeve swords with Ghost Crystals. After fighting his way past the Ghosts guarding the exit, he entered a new hall containing twelve statues and twelve sets of equipment.
Zhao Fu claimed twelve evolving assassin inheritance sets and advanced his Assassin: Order class through another trial. After surviving a three-day ordeal with his powers sealed, he obtained the Legendary Assassin Lord's Ring and reached the class’s S-grade Complete state.
After recovering from the ruins, Zhao Fu reorganized Great Qin Village as it prepared to advance into a town, establishing a planned layout and ten departments. The chapter ended with Zhao Fu reviewing Eternal Night’s elite assassins, including five who had earned A-grade Growth Assassin classes.
Zhao Fu rewarded five successful assassin-trial candidates with inheritance equipment, and they chose their respective sets. The next day, Great Qin Village gained an S-grade schoolteacher, prompting Zhao Fu to consider establishing an academy.
Zhao Fu arranged for an academy to be built, then met Wu Qingniang in the real world, where he concealed his identity and declined her offer to join her faction. After returning to Great Qin Village, he learned that Old Rogge had become a Rank 1 General and summoned him to learn about his exclusive troop type.
Zhao Fu learned that old Rogge had chosen the Goblin Champion as his exclusive troop type, then received news that the intermediate Teleportation Array was ready. He and Bai Qi studied the map and began planning Great Qin Village’s expansion beyond Terror Forest.
Zhao Fu led a group of soldiers into the borderlands to find Void-Severing Beasts and obtain Void Crystals, which would let them use Teleportation Arrays there. The group encountered a powerful Ironback Demon Bear, and Bai Qi fought it while Duo Ke, Daisy, and Getri prepared to support him.
Bai Qi, Duo Ke, Getri, and Daisy weakened the Ironback Demon Bear through coordinated attacks, but the wounded lord-class creature entered berserk mode and overwhelmed them. Zhao Fu stepped forward with his demonic sword and began drawing on the powers of the Assassin Lord's Ring as the bear charged him.
Zhao Fu killed the Ironback Demon Bear with one sword strike and collected its drops, while confronting the Heavenly Demon Sword’s spirit over her unauthorized consumption of Ghost Crystals. He left with a promise to make her a scabbard and several valuable items, including a talisman that could drive away ghosts and monsters.
Zhao Fu searched the center of the Void-Severing Belt for a Void-Severing Beast, setting baited traps after splitting from Bai Qi. After escaping a large troop of White-Furred Monkeys, Zhao Fu planned to scout their nest at night in hopes of finding treasure.
Zhao Fu infiltrated the White-Furred Monkey troop’s den and found a White-Furred Monkey King, a strange silver nest, and a tree bearing spirit fruits. Unable to take the fruits or investigate the nest without waking the troop, he decided to risk assassinating the sleeping king.
Zhao Fu assassinated the White-Furred Monkey King, seized its nest, and escaped the enraged horde with the help of an Ironback Demon Bear. After inspecting his spoils at dawn, he discovered a powerful teleportation talisman and the rare All-Beings Nest.
Zhao Fu and Bai Qi failed to capture a Void-Severing Beast with their traps and pushed deeper into the Void-Severing Belt to try again. There, Zhao Fu protected his soldiers from a pack of Wind Wolves, and Bai Qi later reported good news after his group suffered injuries.
Bai Qi returned with over a thousand Hundred Origin Grass plants, while Zhao Fu's group still failed to find the Void-Severing Beast. Zhao Fu met the mysterious player Zhang Heng and grew wary of him, then checked the traps and found no sign of the beast.
Zhao Fu captured a Void-Severing Beast but formed a blood contract with it instead of killing it, hoping the All-Beings Nest could help him obtain more Void Crystals. After returning to Great Qin Village, he found its development advancing steadily and was left to name the newly completed academy.
Zhao Fu established Qin Times Academy and gained a renewable source of Void-Severing Beasts, prompting Great Qin to rethink its plans for expansion. He founded East Sun Village, but an exploration team's capture of an intermediate village triggered a sudden change at Great Qin Village.
Zhao Fu’s village upgrade drew the Huaxia race’s destiny and triggered a world-shaking ceremony at Great Qin Village. After Zhao Fu proclaimed his vow to restore Huaxia’s glory, the dragon’s roar shook the world and stirred the other inheritors of national legacies.
After Great Qin Village’s destiny surged and it became a small town, Zhao Fu received the Heirloom Seal of the Realm and discovered that three historical figures had awakened from Great Qin’s inheritance. He identified two of them as Wang Jian and Ge Nie, while the third figure remained to be examined.
Zhao Fu examined Great Qin Town’s upgrades, assigned Bai Qi the newly unlocked Commander class, and discovered that fate had advanced his King class to its second stage, King’s Blood. The chapter left Zhao Fu facing the next stage of his growing power.
Zhao Fu transformed his bloodline into a grade 9 king bloodline, then assigned roles to Wang Jian, Ge Nie, and Ba Qing as Great Qin organized its leadership. After establishing a Land Temple, he prepared to open the passage to other regions, unaware that events in the real world had plunged it into turmoil.
Zhao Fu’s Great Qin inheritance and domineering dragon roar made Great Qin the focus of the world, while Huaxia’s rival inheritors struggled to uncover his identity and swore to defeat him. The chapter ended with the story turning its attention to the Li Family.
