When the second type of power was mobilized, the universe's operation would be affected to a certain extent. The limit that could be mobilized was roughly five percent of the entire universe's scale.
Including surplus power, any existence whose Great Dao extended into every corner of a universe could mobilize at most roughly ten percent of that universe's power.
Whether a universe contained one Great Dao, or two or three, the limit of power that could be mobilized was still ten percent.
Once it exceeded ten percent, too much power would be extracted from the universe, damaging its operation and causing wounds that would be difficult to repair. It would then collapse in a short time.
But if Heavenly Dao Reincarnation was condensed, an additional ten percent of the universe's power could be mobilized.
