The Jade Tablet identifies Heaven and the Enemy of Heaven as ancient creators of Heavenly Dao Reincarnation. They established miniature versions in small and branch universes, then used them to awaken the latent Heavenly Dao Reincarnation power of the Infinite Universe. Their conceptual logics were respectively Heavenly Dao and Reincarnation. 1884

Early conception

After Li Qing's arrival in the Nine Provinces Four Regions, the world's will obtained information connected to the Investiture of Gods. The Eight Immortals learned of a system in which Heavenly Dao would embody the world and all life, while reincarnation would perpetually circulate souls and expand the world using living beings' desire and vital essence. 1113

Their Six Paths Investiture of Gods plan required appointing 365 Orthodox Gods and 48,000 Underworld Yin Gods. Using the underlying Logic Relics of the Nine Great Wisdom Logic Anomalies and destiny as its source, they intended to construct a vessel for Heavenly Dao Reincarnation and divide the world into the Heavenly Court and Underworld. 1114

Establishment in the Nine Provinces Four Regions

Li Qing initiated Heavenly Dao Reincarnation on the Parasol Tree Continent, using hope and despair to form the Heavenly Realm and Underworld. The world's will aided the construction, while the Investiture of Gods List connected the developing systems. 1204

The Reincarnation Vortex gathered souls from a dark ocean of resentment. In this early Underworld, sinful souls were subjected to punishment across eighteen levels of hell before being returned to reincarnation. 1204

The system was fully established only after the Heavenly Dao Compass and Reincarnation Vortex absorbed world power, foundational Logic Relics, Dao-Accomplishing Treasures, and the underlying logic of nine immortal-level beings.
