Li Qing survived the rulers’ attacks by turning his Logic Relic Universe into a true universe prototype and escaped beyond the Infinite Universe. As his enemies fought over the worlds he left behind, he expanded his Lesser Reincarnation and prepared to pursue his plans from the Blackwater Ocean.
