Kakashi showed no trace of panic when he sensed his feet being grabbed. The next moment, his figure flickered and vanished from the spot.

"Flying Thunder God Technique!"

Obito frowned. He had seen this familiar move far too many times.

A moment later, Kakashi teleported back once more. Blue light surged around him, and with a silver longsword in hand, he resembled a god of thunder, every move radiating violent power.

At that moment, a series of violent explosions rang out from the Four-Tails' body. Its massive form swayed before crashing toward the ground.

"What a piece of trash!"

A trace of disdain flashed through Obito's eyes. The Four-Tails' combat strength truly disappointed him, but he also understood that Naraku's strength was at least on the same level as his own.

With the strength of a super-Kage, there was likely nothing to fear even from the strongest Tailed Beast, the Nine-Tails.

After the Four-Tails collapsed, eye power surged in Obito's eyes. The layer of blue scale armor covering his body then slowly began to fade away.

Obito withdrew his Susanoo.

Just then, the Four-Tails suddenly let out a pained roar.

At this moment, the crimson eye pattern within the Four-Tails' gaze had vanished. In order to conserve eye power for dealing with Kakashi and Naraku, Obito had voluntarily released his control over the Four-Tails.

Having regained its senses, the Four-Tails cautiously examined its surroundings. Though its heart burned with boundless fury, it did not dare unleash it at all.

Everything that had happened while its consciousness was under control remained clear in its mind. The Four-Tails knew very well that among the three people inside the barrier, not one was someone it could afford to provoke.
