Sengoku's eyes darkened. Garp turned his head away without saying a word, and his clumsy whistling made veins bulge on Sengoku's forehead.

Quite a few naval officers who had secretly poked their heads out to watch the show immediately withdrew their gazes under Sengoku's death glare and once again buried themselves in their work.

Garp hurried back to his warship and let out a breath, his gaze involuntarily drifting toward East Blue.
"Ace, Luffy, you two must become the finest Marines. Don't let yourselves be poisoned by Shanks's ideas. You have to follow the path I prepared for you!"
"The Navy must have received the news by now. They'll be taking action soon. Next, we'll see just how sincere they are. Fuffuffuffuffu!"
The flamingo-shaped pirate ship sailed through crystal-clear waterfalls as enormous koi, each larger than the vessel itself, leaped toward distant falls.
"Doffy, are we really climbing the waterfall?"
"No. We're taking another route. Here it comes."
As they spoke, a ship of the Beasts Pirates passed through the curtain of water behind the waterfall and appeared before Doflamingo.
The figure on the deck wore a bright red suit, with long pink hair concealing his eyes.
"This guy really
