Half an hour later, the four Sky Ninja looked increasingly exhausted.
Minghui and Koichi, meanwhile, were busy operating all sorts of instruments in the cramped control room.
Sakumo found a relatively open spot, lay down casually, and closed his eyes to rest, as if nothing around him had anything to do with him.
Hayato stood among the four Sky Ninja and began undoing the bundles they carried. As he peeled back the layers, he uncovered a dense collection of scrolls.
He then unrolled them one by one and couldn't help admiring how meticulously the Sky Ninja had planned everything. Each scroll was neatly sorted and organized.
"Looks like they spent a lot of time and effort sealing all these supplies into the scrolls," Hayato murmured.
Hayato looked up at Sakumo and asked, "Sensei, do we need to seal these scrolls again?"
After all, the four Sky Ninja had performed the original sealing, and they couldn't use the scrolls themselves.
At that, Sakumo sat up and said lazily, "That's right. That's why I've kept them around instead of dealing with them. Looks like you'll have plenty to do for a while. But keeping busy is good for you—it'll give you some practice."
Hayato tilted his head in dismay and pointed at himself. "You mean you're going to make me handle all these scrolls by myself?"
Unsealing everything inside and then sealing it all again was no easy task, especially with so many scrolls.
Sakumo grinned and pointed at one of the Sky Ninja. "What else? That one sealed all these scrolls by himself. If several of us handled them together, wouldn't that give us away?"
"But, Sensei, I don't know how," Hayato said with a bitter smile.
"No problem. I'll teach you." Sakumo walked over to Hayato, took one of his
