"What is your objective?"

Black Snake sneered. The short blade in his hand suddenly accelerated, tracing a bizarre arc. "You Konoha dogs will never understand my objective!"

Yuhi Shinku snorted coldly and swung his long blade fiercely. Its edge carried a blazing flash of fire, forcibly driving back Black Snake's short blade.

"Since you refuse to talk, don't blame me for showing no mercy!"

A cold glint flashed through Black Snake's eyes as the chakra around him surged once more.

The ground began to shake violently, and countless black vines burst from beneath the earth, swarming densely toward Yuhi Shinku.

Yuhi Shinku took a deep breath, chakra racing wildly through his body. His long blade danced in a flurry of light, severing the vines one by one.

"Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique!"

Yuhi Shinku shouted lowly, spewing a massive fire dragon from his mouth. Carrying devastating heat, it lunged at Black Snake.

Roaring, the fire dragon swept across the battlefield, instantly reducing the surrounding trees to ash.

A trace of gravity flashed through Black Snake's eyes. He rapidly formed hand seals, and black vines interwove into a thick barrier, barely blocking the fire dragon's assault.

Even so, the fire dragon's residual force still drove him back several steps, scorching the hem of his clothes black.

"A Konoha Jonin really does have some skill."

Black Snake sneered, but there was not the slightest hint of retreat in his eyes. "But this game has only just begun!"
