"Fifty elite ninja? Five spies?"
Kawaki Aoba's brow furrowed even deeper, his tone grave. "Where exactly is your base? And where are the four spies located?"
"Our base is in Black Wind Mountain along the border, deep within the mountain, under heavy guard."
The ninja hurriedly replied, "The four spies are stationed in Konoha, Clear Wind Village, Blackstone Village, and at the entrance to this forest. They send information back to the base every two hours."
Kawaki Aoba nodded, thinking to himself, Good thing we caught him and obtained such vital intelligence. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had time to prepare for the attack three days from now, and those innocent villagers would have been slaughtered.
Just then, the sounds of fighting came from the distance. Kawaki Aoba's gaze sharpened as he coldly told the ninja, "Stay here and don't move. Otherwise, I'll kill you immediately!"
The ninja hastily nodded, not daring to make the slightest move. "I won't move, I won't. Don't worry."
Kawaki Aoba ignored him, flashed forward, and raced toward the source of the fighting.
He soon spotted Yuhi Shinku. At that moment, Yuhi Shinku was fighting two Sunagakure ninja. Both controlled puppets. Though their puppets were not as powerful as the one made by Sasori of the Red Sands, they were still formidable. Yuhi Shinku held the upper hand, but he could not defeat them quickly.
"Teacher Shinku, I'll help you!"
Kawaki Aoba shouted and flashed into the fight. Wind blades gathered in his hand as he slashed at one ninja's puppet.
At the sight of Kawaki Aoba, a trace of relief flickered through Yuhi Shinku's eyes. He warned solemnly, "Aoba, you're here. Be careful of their puppets. They may not be as strong as those made by Sasori of the Red Sands, but they're still troublesome!"
