"Uncle Goku!"

"Goku, why are you here too?"

The three of them were startled by Son Goku's sudden appearance.

"So this is where you all ran off to!"

Son Goku grinned and scratched his hair. "How's the situation? Have you run into the legendary Super Saiyan yet?"

"Paragus said he had a lead, so Uncle Vegeta already went after him." Trunks furrowed his brows, his tone filled with worry. "But I'm certain Paragus is lying; this is definitely a trap."

"Paragus?" Son Goku looked completely bewildered.

"Come on, take me to see. I can already sense Vegeta's ki; it seems he's returned to this planet." Son Goku beckoned them over.

The group immediately took to the sky, flying at full speed in the direction of the energy signature.

It didn't take long before they spotted Vegeta's spaceship.

"Damn it! Where did he go!"

Vegeta had just jumped off his ship, cursing in a fit of rage.

He had spent hours searching in space without finding a single trace, a completely wasted trip.

"Yo, Vegeta."

Son Goku landed steadily and greeted him with a smile. "Did you run into the legendary Super Saiyan?"

"Kakarot? What are you doing here!"

Seeing his arch-rival, Vegeta's expression darkened instantly. "Tired of living and want me to send you to your grave early?"

"You really are fierce every time you open your mouth." Son Goku laughed, not taking it to heart at all.

"Stop meddling in my business!" Vegeta clenched his fists, his knuckles popping. "The legendary Super Saiyan can only die by my hand!"

Son Goku didn't take the bait, his gaze shifting past Vegeta to land on the tall figure standing behind him.

It was Broly.

"Grr... grr..."

The moment he saw Son Goku, Broly seemed as if he had been struck by lightning.

His hollow, dull eyes suddenly constricted, and then a violent, bloodthirsty rage erupted from him.

Whoosh!

A blinding ring of golden light exploded from his body without warning.

His manic ki began to soar uncontrollably, and the surrounding rubble was swept up by a gale, clattering as it pelted the ground.

"This ki..."

Son Goku was shocked, his brows knitting together instantly.

It was too familiar!

The terrifying energy lingering on that completely destroyed ruin of a planet was exactly the same as what Broly was emitting right now!

"Broly!"

Seeing the look in Broly's eyes, cold sweat broke out on Paragus's forehead as he hurriedly activated the controller.

"Calm down, Broly!"

He gritted his teeth and increased the power of the control device.

The comet hadn't crashed yet, and the plan hadn't reached its final stage; he absolutely could not let Broly's true strength be exposed now.

"Grr... grr..."

Broly was like a maddened beast, completely beyond control.

He bared his teeth, revealing two rows of stark white fangs, his face twisted in a hideous snarl.

He stared at Son Goku as if facing a mortal enemy with a blood feud, clearly wanting to pounce and tear him to shreds.

"What exactly is going on? Paragus!"

Vegeta had no patience to watch the father and son bicker, his face full of irritation as he urged them loudly. "Enough talk, hurry up and take me to find the legendary Super Saiyan!"

"Yes, King Vegeta, right away."

Paragus nodded repeatedly, then lowered his voice and shouted at Broly, "Back down, Broly!"

But Broly remained standing where he was, his fists clenched tight, the murderous glint in his eyes growing ever more intense.

"I don't think we need to look anymore, Vegeta."

Son Goku's expression was grave as he suddenly spoke up.

"Kakarot, what nonsense are you spouting now?"

Vegeta was fuming. "The legendary Super Saiyan can only die by my hand, so stop interfering!"

Over the past few years, Son Goku and Qin Feng had stolen all the limelight, leaving the proud Prince of Saiyans feeling incredibly stifled.

This time, he had to rely on himself to solo this hidden final boss!

"What I mean is, the person is right in front of us; there's no need to look any further."

Son Goku's tone was extremely certain.

At first, he only felt the ki was similar, but now he was one hundred percent sure that the hulking figure before him was the culprit.

The violent aura radiating from his body was cut from the same cloth as the residue left behind on the ruined planet.

Vegeta froze, turning his head to stare fixedly at Broly.

"Stop pretending, Paragus. Broly is the legendary Super Saiyan, isn't he?"

Son Goku's gaze was like a torch as he exposed the truth directly.

"W-what nonsense are you spouting?"

Paragus's heart skipped a beat, and he hurriedly denied it, "Broly's combat power doesn't even compare to mine; how could he possibly be a Super Saiyan!"

His scheme had yet to succeed; if Broly's identity were exposed, everything would be over!

"Stubborn as a mule."

Son Goku couldn't be bothered to deal with him and turned to look at Broly, "Broly, show me your true strength."

Although he couldn't understand why this giant went berserk the moment he saw him, the battle-hungry genes in Son Goku's bones could no longer be suppressed.

A low, inhuman growl escaped Broly's throat.

His black hair stood straight up, turning a strange, dark purple.

The aura on Broly's body soared wildly like a volcanic eruption.

"Paragus, you old dog, you dare to play me for a fool!"

Vegeta would have to be an idiot not to understand by now.

Paragus's own son was the God of Destruction he had been searching for so desperately!

Seeing that his identity was exposed, Paragus simply dropped the facade, his face full of mockery, "Watching you dream about becoming King Vegeta before, you looked just like a clown."

"I intended to let you live one more day and collect your corpses after the comet struck. Since you're in such a hurry to die, I'll send you on your way now!"

Decades ago, the old King Vegeta, fearing Broly's terrifying talent and the threat he might pose to the throne, had heartlessly beaten the father and son into critical condition and tossed them into the depths of space like trash.

If not for Broly's luck in awakening a protective shield, they would have been dead long ago.

Vegeta's eyes were cold, devoid of any trace of human warmth, "This is the price for plotting against me."

Vegeta gave his arm a violent jolt, and the powerful air current instantly blasted Paragus's body into a mist of blood.

"That guy Vegeta..." Son Goku frowned.

Vegeta was still as ruthless as ever.

"Kakarot..."

Although his own father lay dead on the spot, Broly didn't even spare him a glance.

He stared fixedly at Son Goku, letting out a beast-like roar.

His aura continued to expand without end.

His dark purple hair instantly transformed into a dazzling golden hue, and a violent shockwave stripped a layer of earth right off the ground.

"To hell with those rumors! I'm going to cripple you right now!"

Vegeta's figure flashed, appearing behind Broly in an instant.

He raised his right leg and, with all his might, delivered a vicious whip kick to Broly's neck.
