Background

Zi Bofeng originates from modern times and awakens in an ancient world after writing an examination essay. His memories merge with those of the local Zi Bofeng, creating a single identity carrying both lives’ memories. A cyan Porcelain Shard merges with him and reveals the world’s history, decline, and impending death. 2

The Porcelain Shard grants him the Monster Raising Art and binds him to the task of finding a way to save the dying world. It also alters the laws of heaven and earth to establish this power. 5

He becomes Lower Yan Village’s Village Head after his examination success. He absorbs the Village Head Seal into his palm, linking his fate to the village and its land. 3 5 6
