Grindelwald
[System self-check in progress... Check complete, no errors occurred during this summon.]
[Host, please note that the system is not limited to summoning deceased wizards as your private tutors. Gellert Grindelwald meets the requirements for summoning him.]
Tom panicked. "What if he leaks my secret? What if he summons Voldemort one day? How am I supposed to kill him then?"
He had always thought that his teachers would only be figures from the long river of history, or even legendary figures who might have come out of mythology. He never imagined that they would be living, breathing contemporary wizards.
[Host, please rest assured that the system will prioritize protecting your interests, and all terms and conditions will serve this purpose.]
[Gellert Grindelwald has signed a contract with the Study Space, agreeing to strictly abide by its rules and, upon his return to his original body, to not reveal any information about his host.]
Tom was finally relieved. Once outside, Gellert Grindelwald was mute and couldn't say anything about what had happened between them, so he wasn't afraid that Grindelwald would tell Albus Dumbledore.
He was still very dissatisfied and pressed on, "Gellert Grindelwald is one thing, but what if Voldemort came in?"
Although Voldemort lacks vision and intelligence, his strength is undeniable; he is undoubtedly the King of the Century.
[The host has been detected to have strong aversion to existing magicians. Once the second teacher reaches 100% approval rating, an update process will be initiated for optimization.]
Tom was finally relieved; there would be no more modern magicians, not only Voldemort, but Dumbledore wouldn't be here either.
He looked at the two who had quieted down and forced a smile.
"Mr. Grindelwald, I'm Tom Riddle. It's a pleasure to meet you."
Gellert Grindelwald joked, "But I don't think you're very happy right now."
Tom looked somewhat embarrassed; the first Dark Lord's observational skills were more acute than he had imagined.
Tom said sincerely, "Mr. Grindelwald, I currently owe the system 577 achievement points, but seeing you makes me feel—it's all worth it."
Gellert Grindelwald looked at him and teased, "Summoning on debt? Interesting. Looks like I'll have to teach you properly, or you might never be able to pay off this debt."
Andros added from the side, "Don't worry, this kid is paying off his debts faster than you think."
Gellert Grindelwald said understandingly, "You can focus on your studies; don't worry about me revealing your secret."
"I can't possibly tell your secret to anyone. Even if I use Veritaserum, Legilimency, or the Imperius Curse, no one will be able to detect it."
Tom's smile became much more genuine. "I understand, I was just too shocked. I initially thought my talent could only summon souls like Mr. Andros."
In any case, the system did fulfill his wish by finding him a master of Dark Magic as his teacher.
Modern wizards have their advantages. Unlike Andros, Gellert Grindelwald is not outdated. He can not only teach Grindelwald, but also tutor Andros.
If another figure from ancient times were to appear, he would truly be spitting blood.
Gellert Grindelwald was also very happy. He had been imprisoned for half his life, and most of his body was already in the ground, but he was able to encounter such a magical thing and such an interesting child in his later years.
Summoning powerful wizards from throughout history as teachers, combining their many strengths and talents—what kind of monster will this create? Gellert Grindelwald is very much looking forward to it.
"Mr. Grindelwald, I won't beat around the bush. You've come at just the right time. I need to learn Dark Magic to kill a dragon."
A glint of disdain flashed in Gellert Grindelwald's eyes. "Just a beast, no need for all that trouble. I'll teach you a Potions to throw from a distance using magic."
"Once it touches the dragon, its scales will rot, and then it will corrode the flesh. Even the Ironbelly can't withstand it for more than an hour."
Tom shook his head. "No, I want to kill the dragon head-on, and I can't rely on any external forces. Forget Potions, magical plants, even Flying Broomstick won't work." Tom explained.
"Mr. Andros said that my current strength is not enough with just white magic; I need to learn some powerful Dark Magic spells."
Andros nodded, adding, "Provided you can prevent the fire dragon from flying away."
Gellert Grindelwald frowned, surprised by the number of requirements. He had already learned about Tom's basic information when he received the spatial information earlier.
Eleven years old, a first-year student at Hogwarts, he looked at Andros with a puzzled expression.
"A first-grader can defeat a fire dragon by learning Dark Magic?"
Andros laughed heartily. "Mr. Grindelwald, you probably don't understand Tom, that's why you're wondering. How about this, you two have a friendly spar, and you'll understand everything."
Tom nodded, "That's right, it'll be a good opportunity for you to get a feel for things."
"That's interesting," Gellert Grindelwald chuckled. "A teacher should at least know what his students are capable of."
A wand appeared in his hand; it wasn't the Elder Wand, but rather Gellert Grindelwald's original wand.
The next second, his aura changed drastically, and his face and clothing also began to change.
The aged face was rapidly regaining its youth, transforming into a rebellious and unruly look, with the disheveled white hair shortened into wispy strands.
The only thing that remained unchanged was his pair of bright, heterochromatic eyes, which were full of mystery.
This is Gellert Grindelwald, the first Dark Lord who once struck fear into the hearts of wizards throughout the world.
His dejected demeanor vanished instantly, and Gellert Grindelwald twirled his wand. "Come on, Tom, let me see your strength."
Tom didn't waste any words. After Andros retreated a certain distance, he decisively made his move, truly going all out.
Gellert Grindelwald deflected the incoming spell, raising an eyebrow. "Indeed impressive."
He spent most of his time on the defensive, feeling the power of Tom's spell, and would occasionally launch surprise attacks to test his ability to respond.
Three minutes later, Gellert Grindelwald called a halt. "Very good, you've already reached my pre-graduation level. No wonder Mr. Andros believed you had the ability to challenge the dragon."
"I do have a few Dark Magic that are suitable for dealing with such large creatures."
Tom was overjoyed and couldn't wait to start learning.
However, today is a holiday, and Gellert Grindelwald is new here, so it wouldn't be appropriate to exploit him too much right away, since he still needs to build his reputation.
He withdrew from the Study Space and granted the two permission to see what was happening outside.
Although there were two people, the system was still very considerate and didn't raise the price; it remained six credits per hour.
After regaining consciousness, the sumptuous dishes he had painstakingly prepared had all gone cold, so he had to reheat them.
"Mr. Grindelwald, it's Christmas Eve, will there be a special meal in Nurmengard?"
