The Heavens preside over the universe’s order through a long-running “chess game,” treating Earth, its universe, and their inhabitants as pieces whose survival is controlled by higher beings. The Chaos King identifies the Heavens as the authority that interrupts its attempt to destroy the universe, granting Earth a three-day reprieve because the realm’s game and potential are not yet exhausted 18.

The universe was once a mid-to-upper-tier realm with complete Heavenly Dao order and dimensional authority. During an ancient war, foreign powers shattered its foundation, stripped its authority, and reduced it into a low-dimensional cage. The resulting Ancient Sacrificial Contract branded every being’s soul, fortune, and origin, locking their path to transcendence 18 20.

The Heavens later directly intervene through the Seven-Colored Judgment Divine Light, which suppresses and drains Earth’s life.
