Gu Changge ignored all their discussions and walked toward Hidden Peak's secret treasury.
Two stewards guarded the entrance to the secret treasury.

One of the stewards spoke when he saw Gu Changge approaching.

The steward said.

Formations were generally divided into killing formations, bewildering formations, sealing formations, spiritual formations, and protective formations.
Killing formations were used primarily for slaughter when facing enemies; bewildering formations were usually set in secret realms and important places within certain sects, such as secret treasuries; sealing formations could be deployed during battle to trap enemies or placed in important sect grounds; spiritual formations were used to increase the density of spiritual energy and assist cultivation; protective formations were generally placed within sects, remaining unseen in ordinary times, but automatically activating to create protective measures when the sect encountered danger.
Formations could be used multiple times. After a Formation Master followed the formation blueprint and placed the various spiritual materials at designated positions, the formation was successfully established once those materials were consumed. When it was no longer needed, the formation's owner could put it away, whereupon it would automatically shrink into a miniature formation no larger than a palm. When it was needed again, one only had to throw it out, and the formation would expand and unfold once more.
Having selected three Emperor-tier items, Gu Changge left the academy's secret treasury.
"Hey, wait. You're the Dao Child the Palace Master just appointed, aren't you?"
Just then, a voice rang out.
Gu Changge looked up and saw a group of inner disciples dressed in Tianyuan Daoist robes.
"With only the cultivation of the ninth level of the Bone Forging Realm, I really don't know why the Palace Master made you the Dao Child."
One of the disciples could not help muttering.
"So? What do you want?"
Gu Changge said calmly.
"Since you are Tianyuan Academy's Dao Child, surely you must be stronger than a few inner disciples like us."
Another Tianyuan Academy inner disciple said.
"You want to fight? I'll accompany you."
Gu Changge said indifferently.
Possessing the Primordial Supreme Body and numerous Emperor Weapons and Emperor formations, he feared nothing even when facing disciples with higher realms than his own.
"Since you are only at the ninth level of the Bone Forging Realm while all of us are in the Tendon Lengthening Realm, we'll suppress our cultivation to the ninth level of the Bone Forging Realm and fight you there. That way, no one can say we bullied you."
The leading inner disciple said.
