Cake Island lay within the Dessert Sea, dividing the latter half into four regions. It was located in the upper-right corner.
The Dessert Sea centered around the massive Cake Island, with fifty-six small islands of different desserts surrounding it. One could not help wondering whether a great battle between awakened Devil Fruit users with corresponding powers had once taken place here, permanently changing the terrain.
After all, when Akainu and Aokiji fought for the position of Fleet Admiral in the original story, they turned an ordinary island into an island of ice and fire, half magma and half snowy mountain.
