It was something he did unconsciously whenever he felt conflicted.
"What are you worried about?"
Dunn naturally noticed the gesture. He turned to look at Starrk and asked calmly.
"The same thing as before. No matter what you plan to do next, what will happen to us? We've all done as you said."
Starrk did not hesitate and directly voiced the reason for his concern.
Dunn and Aizen's previous conversation in Las Noches had vaguely suggested that the world might collapse because of this conflict.
So what would become of them, who existed in this world, in the future?
It was already easy to imagine.
"Are you asking for yourself, or for all of them?"
Dunn nodded slightly.
"They probably all think that way, except for those few battle maniacs."
Starrk thought for a moment before answering.
"I don't know the outcome yet, but I'll try to look after you."
After some thought, Dunn gave that answer.
Most of these Hollows had rather unruly temperaments, but they were indeed fairly useful subordinates, and they were relatively obedient too.
They would certainly still be useful in the future.
In that case, he could assess the situation later. If conditions allowed, preserving some of them would be fine, provided it was not too troublesome.
Besides, there would be another chance to sort them out afterward.
After all, not every Arrancar was single-minded. Hollows like Baraggan, who had existed long enough, surely had many thoughts of their own.
