"Watch out!" Yotsuki Hayate roared.

The water wall created by the Chunin failed to provide even the slightest resistance before being pierced. A fireball struck him, instantly burning a hole through his chest, killing him instantly.

"Bastard!" Yotsuki Hayate cursed and vanished instantly. When he reappeared, he was behind Li Yi, his fist crackling with blue electric arcs. He refused to believe Li Yi could remain immune to his attacks forever.

Li Yi did not dodge; instead, he took a deep breath, performed hand seals rapidly, and said, "Flame Style: Flame Dragon Technique!"

An advanced version of the Fire Dragon Technique, it incorporated nature transformation and the power of the Mera Mera no Mi. The moment the flame dragon appeared, it swirled around Li Yi.

Yotsuki Hayate dared not linger behind Li Yi and was forced to retreat rapidly. Li Yi controlled the flame dragon and charged toward Yotsuki Hayate.

Li Yi himself pursued the remaining two Chunin.
