Doctor Manhattan and Quantum Superman, the only two Quantum Gods in all of American Comics, both possessed the ability to mass-produce avatars equal to their true bodies in power.
This ability was countless times more overbearing than Golden Superman's ability to split his power among other Supermen.
The avatars they created possessed exactly the same traits as their true bodies, and even had independent minds distinct from their originals.
As long as they wanted to, they could assemble an Eighth-Level legion in minutes.
Compared to Doctor Manhattan, Quantum Superman was even more special. He was the only being in the entire Within-Wall World capable of communicating with The Great Monitor. Though The Great Monitor might not even bother responding to him, that ability alone was astonishing.
It was as outrageous as a god who could contact OAA at any time. Being able to do that was itself a miracle.
And what Donnie intended to do now was personally strangle that miracle by using people as his means.
