News of Jean advancing to Level Nine spread across all of Cybertron. After learning of it, the vast majority of the residents did not think much of it and simply celebrated Jean's success.
Even Donnie, after confirming that Jean had not been twisted and consumed by the Phoenix, did not pay it much attention.
