A massive metal construct slowly took shape from small to large before the horrified gazes of the crowd, its spine-rattling metallic screech piercing through the night, drowning out all other noise until nothing remained in heaven and earth but this unprecedented metal object.

People in the distance stood dumbfounded, staring blankly, nearly driven mad as they lost the ability to think.

"His name is Optimus Prime. I named him myself. Unlike you two beasts, Optimus Prime is 'alive'—in my eyes, he has feelings."

Donnie used the faintly glowing flame in his mind, like a spark of enlightenment, to control Optimus Prime. He privately called his mutant ability "Spark Energy"—fitting, since the spark in his imagination looked exactly like this.

In that moment, Optimus Prime truly came to life. Under Donnie's control, he rose from a battered little truck to stand tall.

General Ross stared at Optimus Prime in bewilderment. "What the hell is that thing now?"

Some reporters rattled on into their cameras, narrating their shock. Those with sharp eyes declared outright that this must be some special ability—another powerful new mutant born in the midst of crisis.

The live feed broadcast to countless homes, and millions witnessed the scene, deeply shaken.

Major institutions and organizations worldwide summoned experts and scholars to watch before their televisions, frantically analyzing and assessing.

Abomination and Hulk stopped, warily eyeing this metal monster that defied all reason. The atmosphere was heavy and oppressive. Neither spoke.

Finally, Abomination broke the silence. "What are you things? Some department's experimental toys?" He had absolute confidence in himself—his overwhelming strength gave him the arrogance to face any demon or god. Abomination believed nothing in this world could match him, not even Hulk.

Power gained too easily made Abomination look down on everything.

Optimus Prime carefully scooped Donnie up and placed him on his shoulder. Donnie gripped Optimus Prime tightly with his relatively intact right arm. The cold metal touch felt incredibly warm and comforting. He felt that Optimus Prime was him—the crystallization of his dreams, the embodiment of his family's faith.

"I'll kill you both, no matter the cost! As long as I draw breath, I'll use everything I have left to destroy you." Donnie said. "You've destroyed everything. My family is gone. Even the fresh fruit in the truck—the ones my family worked so hard to load this morning—gone. I have nothing left."

Donnie's eyes were red. Were there tears? No. His eyes held no tears, only blood that wasn't there. In that moment, he understood—humans really could run out of tears.

Donnie couldn't cry anymore.

In the rubble on both sides, survivors knelt and prayed. "Is this a god? He's saving us from the demons."

"I have nothing left," Donnie said, his voice eerily calm, carrying the peace of death.

He controlled Optimus Prime. The right arm shifted as countless metal parts reassembled into a sharp cone, its metallic gleam flashing under the helicopter's lights, chilling and bone-deep.

Hulk pounded his own head and roared at Donnie, backing off slightly.

Abomination laughed. Destroying the weak thrilled him. Boundless power made him fearless. He sneered, "Hurts, doesn't it? A few hours ago, I hurt worse than you—the helpless wailing of the weak. That feeling breaks anyone."

Abomination spread his arms and roared at the sky. Hulk had once beaten him crippled with a single punch, and now he reveled in his vengeance. With power, he would destroy the military, crush all who opposed him, and become the god of this world. He was smug and satisfied.

"Then die," Donnie said. He didn't bother arguing with Abomination about slaughtering innocents—pointless for both sides.

Only battle remained. Fight to the death. With hatred this deep, the one who survived would naturally be justice.

The spark in his mind flickered constantly. Optimus Prime's existence filled him with peace and fulfillment—this was his own power, the inheritance of his family's will.

Optimus Prime charged at Abomination. Tremendous force cracked the ground beneath him, and the ear-splitting screech left ordinary people dizzy. Optimus Prime swung his right arm with terrifying speed, viciously plunging it into Abomination's chest, splattering filthy blood everywhere.

Abomination screamed in agony, a piercing, wretched sound. Caught off guard, such a wound was a heavy blow, forcing him to howl in pain. What hurt more was that his body—his undying form he prided himself on—had been so grievously wounded by this hunk of metal.

"Impossible! I am invincible! You blasphemous worm, kneel before your god!"

Enraged, Abomination grabbed Optimus Prime with his massive hands, trying to tear off his right arm.

Strength beyond mortal imagination made him unmatched in this world. Against such incomprehensible force, Optimus Prime's right arm was ripped off in an instant, the cone weapon completely destroyed.

Donnie's expression turned grim. He was getting nervous. The cone weapon had been formed from the hardest metal on Optimus Prime's body, repeatedly compressed and mixed with some Spark Energy.

After piercing Abomination's chest, the cone was already mostly ruined. Now it was completely torn away.

"You. Die!" Abomination charged, intent on killing Optimus Prime.

Cornered, Donnie's spark leaped wildly, pouring Spark Energy into Optimus Prime without restraint. Under this energy, Optimus Prime's body rapidly strengthened.

With a thunderous crash, Optimus Prime was sent flying, but the Spark Energy had reinforced his metal frame. Though his chest was slightly dented and cracked, its hardness was incomparable to before.

Spark Energy could also affect Donnie himself. Clinging to Optimus Prime, he avoided further injury.

Donnie controlled Optimus Prime, charging again into a frenzied, deathless battle with Abomination.

Roads twisted and snapped. Vehicles on the street were kicked around like toys, flying everywhere.

Abomination eyed Donnie, several times trying to crush him with a punch—kill the leader first. But Donnie was careful. Seizing an opportunity, he fled to a safe distance, controlling Optimus Prime to engage Abomination and keep him locked in combat.

Left with no choice, Abomination grabbed Optimus Prime and pummeled him relentlessly, trying to destroy the metal hunk first.

Optimus Prime was only three meters tall. Going toe-to-toe with the three-meter-plus Abomination was too costly. He kept taking damage, but Donnie had no choice—he could only keep pouring Spark Energy from a distance to repair him while splitting his focus to control the fight.

Optimus Prime's base form was a small truck. Its tonnage and materials were inherently limited.

Worse, Donnie realized that what he called "repair" was actually part replacement. Completely destroyed metal couldn't be fixed—it had to be discarded, with intact parts from other areas of Optimus Prime's body shifted to fill the gaps. For example, the right arm that had been torn off: Donnie couldn't create metal out of thin air, so he could only shuffle parts around as a stopgap, forming a new arm. The more he fought, the more brittle the body became. It would eventually collapse.

To make matters worse, his mutant ability had just awakened. He was still clumsy with it, yet he was pouring out energy for reinforcement, repair, and remote transmission, wasting vast amounts of Spark Energy into the air. Though Donnie's talent was astonishing—enough to shock the world—his actual combat effectiveness now depended largely on Optimus Prime himself.

"Hulk!"

The Hulk finally shook off the drug's aftereffects. Roaring, he charged straight at Abomination. He would join Optimus Prime to pincer Abomination and finish him off in one blow.

"Hulk..." Donnie murmured.
