"Mr. Harvey!"
When Harvey made a low-key appearance at the reception and was about to leave, Donnie, who had been quietly watching him, stopped him.
"What is it?" Harvey's expression darkened. He was Gotham City's Knight of Justice, holding it as his duty to fight criminals and protect civilians, but some of Donnie's actions made him deeply uncomfortable.
What was this supposed to be? Secretly selling weapons to civilians, then sending them to risk their lives against dangerous people?! Then what had he been doing all this time fighting the gangs?
"Donnie, I don't care what you think, but there's no doubt you've made a colossal mistake! The Falken Family should be dealt with by us, not by sending innocent civilians to their deaths! How could they possibly stand against ruthless gangsters?" Harvey sternly rebuked him before Donnie could speak.
"Harvey... no wonder Batman thinks so highly of you. Sometimes, the two of you really seem cut from the same cloth..." Donnie was not surprised. Before Two-Face fell into darkness, Harvey had been this kind of person, getting along extremely well with Batman.
"How about a game?" Donnie set down his glass and took out a coin. "Heads means I'm right. Tails means you're right. As far as I know, you like using coins to decide certain things. Leaving it to luck?"
"I never rely on luck. I make my own luck!" Harvey glared viciously at Donnie. "If you don't stop what you're doing, then once I gather enough evidence, I'll formally sue you in court!"
Donnie kept smiling as he watched Harvey's retreating back.
