• Lin Tian returned Secret Realm Origin Power to Murong Yun, then Liang Wankuo broke through to the True Essence Realm and vowed to reclaim his True Disciple position.
• Lin Tian accepted Liang Wankuo’s challenge and defeated him with one spear strike, then challenged Yan Xingshan.
• Lin Tian used his Five Elements True Essence and Chaos Trait to defeat Yan Xingshan, earning the title of Fifth True Disciple.

Lin Tian traveled north in disguise and joined forces with Madam Ma while searching Wanbang City for the Demon-Subduing Golden Body. After protecting Zhou Cai and Zhou Ling from the Feng Family, he learned that the Feng Family's related technique came from a stone cavern beneath its Underground Vault.

• Lin Tian borrowed a Flying Boat, crossed the Dark Forest, and rescued the Qingfeng Chamber of Commerce caravan from the Black Wind Fort chieftains.
• Lin Tian entered Wanbang City with Madam Ma's help, protected her against Zhou Dasheng, and agreed to search for the Six-Armed Stone Buddha and Demon-Subduing Golden Body.
• Lin Tian completed his Second True Essence Tempering, then used Madam Ma's map to identify three possible search locations and took Zhou Cai and Zhou Ling to the Ten Thousand Buddhas Small City.
• Feng Tianyang and the Feng Family Second Elder tried to seize Zhou Cai and Zhou Ling, but Lin Tian crippled the Second Elder and forced Feng Tianyang to reveal the Feng Family's scheme against Madam Ma.
• After Madam Ma took charge of Feng Tianyang and his companions, Lin Tian disguised himself and infiltrated the Feng Family estate.
• Lin Tian controlled Feng Tianyang with the Heart Demon Curse and learned that the Golden Body Meridian-Penetrating Scripture came from a stone cavern beneath the Feng Family's Underground Vault.

Lin Tian took the Feng Family’s Golden Body Liquid, helped the Zhou Family resist the Feng and Dragon Families, and formed a pill partnership with Madam Ma before leaving Wanbang City. After returning to the Dao Origin Sect amid the Demon Sect crisis, he went to his assigned post and found Song Qian and Leng Qingfeng questioning his authority.

• Lin Tian absorbed nearly all the Feng Family’s Golden Body Liquid, advanced his Demon-Subduing Golden Body, and subdued the Feng Family Grand Elder before leaving with the remaining liquid.
• Madam Ma offered Lin Tian Spirit-Raising Pills and proposed a partnership, while Lin Tian revealed his True Essence Realm cultivation after testing a pill’s effects.
• When the Feng Family moved against the Zhou Family, Lin Tian challenged its claim to Madam Ma and defeated the Dragon Family’s Long Wuhui with one punch.
• Lin Tian agreed to cooperate with the Zhou Family, revealed that he was Lin Tian, a True Disciple of the Dao Origin Sect, and left Wanbang City with Madam Ma’s promise of monthly pill deliveries.
• During his journey, Lin Tian developed blood-colored true essence and discovered the Six Demon-Subduing Forms and the movement technique One Reed Crosses the River in the Six-Armed Stone Buddha.
• Lin Tian returned to the Dao Origin Sect, learned that the Demon Sect crisis had emptied much of the Inner Sect, and received orders to suppress the demonic scourge at an assigned post.
• Lin Tian traveled to the border camp to pursue sky fire marrow crystals and found Song Qian mocking him while Leng Qingfeng dismissed him as no cause for concern.

Lin Tian reclaimed the Dao Origin Sect’s authority over a volcanic resource site, defeated Leng Qingfeng and a Demon Sect elder, and secured most of the gathered crystals. After returning to the sect, he learned that Guan Tianming would test him as a possible disciple.

• Lin Tian arrived at the resource site, listened as the factions discussed crystal distribution, and spent three days cultivating until his Sea of Consciousness manifested mental weapons.
• When an eruption revealed rare Skyflame Marrow Crystals, Lin Tian defeated Leng Qingfeng and assigned most of the crystals to the Dao Origin Sect, then reclaimed the authority token from Qi Tianliang.
• Lin Tian cultivated with the crystals as eruptions yielded further resources, reaching the fourth True Essence Tempering before a Demon Sect raid injured Qi Tianliang and others.
• Lin Tian led the Dao Origin Sect to the next eruption, sensed the Demon Sect’s forces, and faced their late True Essence Realm elder as the factions fought.
• Lin Tian defeated and questioned the Demon Sect elder, learned there were no reinforcements, and helped rout the attackers, though the One-Eyed Man escaped.
• After a month without another attack, Lin Tian distributed resources and rewards, then withdrew with the disciples when the sect recalled its forces.
• On the return journey, Mu Chunfeng told Lin Tian that his victories had earned goodwill for the Heavenly Steed Lineage and that Guan Tianming wanted to meet him.
• Elder Zhou told Lin Tian that Guan Tianming would test three spear-talented disciples at Wuya Peak, and Song Bao’er and the other women welcomed Lin Tian home.
