For Wizet, the trip to the Ministry of Magic had been quite rewarding;
Not only had he met several of the nominees, but he had also obtained Horace Slughorn's improved Augurey Tonic formula, as well as the "Potent Herbicide" formula mentioned by that Wizengamot member.
To thoroughly understand the principles behind the improved Augurey Tonic formula, he would still need to continue discussing it with Horace Slughorn. There was no need to rush;
As for the "Potent Herbicide" formula, its difficulty was not particularly high. Wizet could draw on his own knowledge of potions to work out its principles and improve it.
On the way back to Hogwarts, Wizet had been pondering the principles behind that "Potent Herbicide" formula;
Once they had entered the grounds of Hogwarts, he and Luna went to Hagrid's Hut;
Taking a practical approach, the two of them spent an afternoon improving the "Potent Herbicide" into something suitable for a small garden and pumpkin patch.
"So one test tube goes with five buckets of water?" Hagrid held two potion jars in both hands. "And it can not only get rid of the weeds, but kill the carnivorous slugs too?"
"That's right! Use the wooden bucket you usually use..." Wizet confirmed. "As for this 'Potent Herbicide,' its original purpose was to kill Venomous Tentacula..."
"However, Venomous Tentacula won't grow here, so I altered some of the herbicide's properties to make it effective against pests like carnivorous slugs."
"So that means..." Hagrid scratched his head, seeming to realize something. "If magical creatures wander into the field, this potion won't affect them?"
"Theoretically, that's correct..." Wizet nodded. "If those magical creatures do run into trouble, use the antidote I gave you."
"The antidote doesn't need to be diluted. Just feed it directly to the magical creatures. Under normal circumstances,
