Wizet and Luna had been talking about their earlier encounter with Cedric while eating biscuits in the tearoom.
"Calling each other Mister?" Luna smiled as she sipped her black tea. "That sounds rather interesting..."
Seeming to imagine the scene, she said in a sing-song voice, "Why don't we try it too?"
"Mr. Lovegood and Mrs. Lovegood?" Wizet blinked slowly, as though something had occurred to him.
"Doing it in public?" He leaned close to Luna's ear and said softly, "That's quite a good idea, Mrs. Lovegood..."
As Luna listened to Wizet whisper, his warm breath brushed her outer ear and fell upon her earlobe like soft feathers gently sweeping over it, leaving it tingling.
"Mr. Lovegood!" She held back the urge to laugh and answered softly.
Wizet smiled and nodded. "Mm!"
Looking at Wizet's smile, Luna had already caught the deeper meaning behind it and understood what he meant by deliberately emphasizing "in public."
Whenever she thought of the implications behind it, her ears grew hot. She could practically imagine her earlobes turning bright red—perhaps red enough to drip.
Even so, she met Wizet's smile and held a biscuit up to his mouth. "Here you are, Mr. Lovegood!"
Wizet offered Luna a biscuit as well. "Mrs. Lovegood, please enjoy it with me!"
The biscuits Cedric and Cho Chang had picked really were excellent. The buttery flavor was wonderfully rich, yet it complemented the black tea perfectly.
Just as Wizet and Luna were savoring the biscuits, Nymphadora Tonks's voice rang out. "Wizet, Luna, there you are!"
Nymphadora Tonks wore standard Auror robes, and her hair color looked perfectly normal—a fairly common reddish brown. It was cut short and neatly at ear length.
