The next morning, while Wizet and the others were having breakfast, the House-elf Basque appeared before them with a sharp crack.

Basque bowed to Wizet. "Mr. Lovegood, these are the things you requested."

He opened a velvet bag, revealing a stack of tickets and two battered leather belts that looked somewhat familiar.

Even without Wizet translating, Harry and the others understood that Basque had delivered both the tickets and the Portkeys.

"Thank you," Wizet said. "Would you like some breakfast?"

Basque looked rather surprised, as though no one had ever asked him such a question before.

"Thank you!" He bowed deeply to Wizet, his nose pressed to the floor. "Basque has already eaten breakfast!"

Sirius sounded surprised. "Wizet, when did you tell Basque... that we were planning to visit that 'Europe Theme Park'?"

"During work hours," Wizet replied. "Around nine o'clock."

The conclusion of last night's discussion had been unanimous approval of Hermione's suggestion: they would go and have a proper day of fun at Europe Theme Park.

Ron took out the souvenir pocket watch and snapped open its strap. "It's not even ten yet... Is the Ministry of Magic here really this efficient?"

Fred swallowed the croissant in his mouth. "Look! Ronald, that way of thinking is wrong!"

"That's right!" George poured Fred half a cup of hot cocoa. "That's a stereotype, plain and simple! Think about it properly!"

Fred shook the hot cocoa in his hand. "Is Mr. Crouch's and Percy's work efficiency... high?"

"Of course!" Ron nodded as though it were only natural. "Not to mention Mr. Crouch..."

"Percy... he even brings work home. I think if he were allowed, he'd probably take on the entire Ministry's workload."

"What about Dad?" George continued. "How efficient is Dad at work?"

"He's very diligent!" Ron immediately answered. "That's Dad!
