President Jacques gripped Dumbledore's wrist. He only had time to glance at his watch before feeling as though he had been dragged into a narrow tube.

Pressure closed in on him from all directions, leaving him utterly unable to breathe. It felt as though his bones and organs were being violently crushed, the air in his lungs squeezed out in an instant.

Perhaps because it was his first time experiencing Side-Along Apparition, President Jacques's sense of time became sluggish.
