Wizet answered truthfully, "It will have some effect."
"Hmm..." Hearing Wizet's answer, Newt Scamander looked even more conflicted. His eyes flickered constantly, as though he were engaged in an intense internal struggle.
He did not keep Wizet waiting for long. Soon, he made up his mind, closed his eyes, and said resolutely, "All right! Wizet, go ahead and tell me!"
"Mr. Scamander, the explanation is actually quite brief," Wizet said. "Many Dark Magic creatures are born from people's negative emotions."

"I understand!" Newt Scamander smiled in relief and nodded approvingly. "Rain falling from dark clouds—what an interesting metaphor."
Wizet raised a hand and pointed at the Fenrir Werewolf. "Fenrir was born by a similar principle. I gathered 'water vapor' as well and created a 'dark cloud.'"
Newt Scamander clapped his hands in sudden realization. "So that's how Fenrir came into being!"
"But such a peculiar magical creature..." His brow furrowed once more as he circled the Fenrir Werewolf several times.
"Can Fenrir reproduce? If it finds a mate, will their offspring be creatures like it, or will they become something else?"
Wizet said frankly, "Mr. Scamander, I came here with Fenrir precisely because I wanted answers to these questions."
"If Fenrir can reproduce and form a stable population, then in the future, unless someone is bitten by Fenrir, I do not think any new Lycanthropy patients will appear."
"Oh! When you put it that way..." Newt Scamander blinked,
