"Five-Wizard Tournament!"
Hearing Dumbledore say this, the students began whispering among themselves again, their discussion even more animated than before.
Uagadou had conducted academic exchanges with Hogwarts, and quite a few Ravenclaw students had already guessed that Uagadou was likely one of the remaining "two schools."
"The last wizarding school..." Ron said with absolute certainty. "I think it must be Castelobruxo!"
"Do you remember what Bill told us when we got on the train? He said he really hoped he could come back to Hogwarts to study this year..."
"Do you remember his pen pal? The pen pal who sent him a hat that wrinkled up his ears was a student at Castelobruxo!"
"Looks like someone has already guessed it..." Dumbledore's voice rang out, and the students quieted down as they focused their attention on him.
"Uagadou is also an old friend of ours, and they will be taking part as well." He did not keep them guessing. "The other wizarding school is... Ilvermorny!"
"Ilvermorny, of all places..." Anthony's expression turned strange. "Could they be coming because of Wizet?"
"Are people in North America really that petty?" Chris asked doubtfully. "The North American Quidditch team seemed pretty easygoing... Didn't they all praise Wizet at the press conference?"
"You read those earlier issues of the Daily Prophet too..." Anthony shot back. "Headmaster Dumbledore is 'the greatest wizard of the age,' so why are there still people trying to smear him?"
"When you put it that way..." Chris nodded. "Now I get it!"
"No wonder... So that's what it was!" Michael said in realization. "I just heard Padma say that the reason there were so many new students this year..."
"Was because some people had specifically immigrated from North America just so their children could attend Hogwarts. In other words... Wizet might
