Draco maliciously guessed, "Heh heh, perhaps they didn't follow the doctor's orders, so Madam Pomfrey got angry and removed all their bones."
After all their training together, both Cedric and Harry had gained some understanding of Draco's manner of speaking.
Cedric said with a smile, "Surely it wouldn't go that far..."

"Could you make out what they were saying? Was it perhaps a language from Africa?" Harry seemed to think of something. "Is that why we couldn't understand it? Lee told us before..."
"He spent an entire summer traveling in Africa. Right in front of us, he went 'ooh-wah' for a while. According to him, he was recreating the process of communicating with local wizards."
"Anyway, I couldn't understand a word he said... But Fred and George seemed to understand, and even said Lee was right... Ron, on the other hand, thought Fred, George, and Lee were just messing around."
