Kashius sat cross-legged at the highest point of the temple. Son Goku and Vegeta were there with him.

Following Whis's guidance, they contemplated the Ancestral Power within their bodies. As for Vegeta, he was contemplating the Super Saiyan God form he had transformed into before.

Kashius kept his eyes tightly shut and began sensing the Ancestral Power hidden within him according to Whis's method.

The prerequisite for using Ancestral Power was understanding it thoroughly. Only by becoming familiar with it could one make even greater progress.

That was what Kashius needed to do now.

Previously, Kashius had merely forced the Ancestral Power into use, releasing it to the fullest through an exceedingly crude and overbearing method. As a result, he had never truly used it perfectly.

Kashius had only realized this after Whis explained it to him. The Kashius who had once believed he could already control Ancestral Power perfectly now understood just how naive he had been.

The body moved as one wished, and intent arose from the heart.

Only by achieving that could Kashius be said to have perfect control over Ancestral Power.

Fortunately, Popo had guided Kashius before, so his physique had already met the requirements in this regard. All he needed to do now was meditate and attain a perfect match between his body and soul.

With his eyes closed, Kashius's soul power, enough to rival that of a god, began spreading outward to sense everything around him. Through this method, beyond the most basic sounds and his body's sense of touch, he could also perceive faint, whitish currents of aura.

By connecting his soul power to those faint white currents, he could sense everything around him even with his eyes closed.
