Background / History

Gine was originally a Saiyan with no exceptional combat talent. She was chosen by the soul of a dying Supreme Kai; her kindness and affinity with its power allowed her to inherit the position and undergo a complete transformation from mortal to god. Her new nature granted her an immense lifespan, enabling her to remain with Bardock across centuries. 497

She became one of Universe 7's most revered ancient Supreme Kais, possessing vast sacred power and unusual divine techniques despite comparatively modest raw battle strength. Moss and Nana served as her Supreme Kai attendants. 497 614

Following her and Bardock's conflict with Heaven over Kashius's existence, Gine was confined in the third level of the Spatial Prison. The Radiant Star restrained her body, while the prison's barrier prevented her from communicating with the outside world.
