Hong Yuan defeated Yang Qingxuan, absorbed the Ancestral Dragon Vein, and offered the world a new path of cultivation as the old cultivation order collapsed. After defeating the Night King and departing Great Xuan, he returned to find that his journey had strengthened the blessed land and that factions were competing over the Yu Emperor’s remains.

• Hong Yuan seized the Dragon-Locking Well’s numinous energy, defeated the True Void Dao masters, and took control of the Divine Radiance Palace as Izumo and Western Luo fought over Sakai Port.
• Hong Yuan created the Dragon Vein True-Form Astral Art, defeated Shi Yan and the assembled Orthodox Dharma masters, then confronted Yang Qingxuan as he tried to absorb the Ancestral Dragon Vein.
• Hong Yuan opened nine spirit apertures, shattered Yang Qingxuan’s eight apertures, and absorbed the Ancestral Dragon Vein before offering the experts force cultivation as a new path.
• Hong Yuan spared Yang Qingxuan and instructed him to rule Great Xuan and promote the Force Art, while the dragon veins across the realm collapsed and the world’s factions gathered to learn the new method.
• Hong Yuan taught the Qi-Blood Furnace Method, then met the Night King as Western Luo attacked Haijin City and defeated him after resisting his possession attempt.
• Hong Yuan destroyed the Western Luo fleet, learned of the White Bone Sect’s molting art, gave the method to Shi Yan and Yang Qingxuan, and departed Great Xuan.
• Hong Yuan’s journey added 185 years to the blessed land’s lifespan and sprouted the Karmic Calamity Dao Seed, and he learned that secret factions were competing with the Dao Court for the Yu Emperor’s body parts.

Hong Yuan guided Pei Lingshuang through revenge and helped establish Bai Xiuxiu as emperor, then returned to the Dao Court as outsiders from Heavenly Star Island emerged. He captured and studied them while Bai Ye searched for a route through the Mist Sea.

• Hong Yuan entered Great Ming through Pei Lingshuang’s consciousness, taught her the Qi-Blood Furnace Method, and helped her escape the Rakshasa Sect with Bai Xiuxiu.
• Pei Lingshuang defeated martial artists across Great Ming, confronted Yin Wuyue, and learned from him that her sister had gone to the Longevity Palace.
• Pei Lingshuang reunited with Pei Lingxuan at Mount Tai, but Dan Fei and other masters used her sister to distract her and struck her with the Reincarnation Seal.
• Hong Yuan manifested behind Pei Lingshuang, defeated the assembled masters, took their martial arts, and installed Bai Xiuxiu as emperor after Pei Lingshuang refused the throne.
• Hong Yuan returned to his blessed land, spread the Qi-Blood Furnace Method through academies, and visited Yang Lie before deciding not to return to his old friends.
• Yun Chengzhao and the Calamity Ash Society sacrificed fragments of Yu’s body, while Cloud Wanderer and Shi crossed into the Dao Court World and tried to seize the remains.
• Granny Meng subdued Cloud Wanderer and Shi, and Hong Yuan defeated Bai Yunsheng, captured Blood Dove, and learned about Heavenly Star Island and the divided Source World.
• Hong Yuan studied the outsiders’ cultivation, placed Bai Yunsheng under restraint, and sent Bai Ye to search the Mist Sea, where Bai Ye plunged into a newly formed vortex.
