Jade Wave County's Plea for Help

New Sea Commandery had nine counties beneath it, and Jade Wave County was one of them.

It was called Jade Wave County because the island on which the county stood contained a Jade Wave Pool, which produced a spiritual water known as Jade Wave Spring.

Though this spiritual water was only second-tier, it had many uses. It could be used for spiritual plants, spiritual cuisine, pill refining, artifact refining, spell cultivation, and more.
