Peggy Sighting

Although it was called camping, it wasn't really pitching tents in the wilderness. The ranch provided cabins for the students from the five schools to stay in, as well as a dining hall. There was also a small lake and woods within the area, making it more like a vacation spot overall.

Unlike across the Pacific, boys and girls from the same school would stay in the same dormitory cabin, just in different rooms. Coincidentally, Link's assigned dormitory was directly across from Iris's.

Iris had long brown hair, long legs, a slender waist, and a perky butt. Aside from her chest not being particularly ample, she was definitely a great beauty.

After Link arrived at school, he immediately took a liking to her and set her as his first target. However, this school was different from his previous one.

Wilmott Academy for Gifted Children was very strictly managed, and the curriculum was tightly scheduled. There weren't many opportunities to make a move, especially since he had to catch up on some courses he hadn't taken before. Link didn't have much free time. In the two months he had been at school, he had only reached second base.

The previous party was originally a good opportunity, but it was unfortunately delayed because of Peggy. This camping trip was an excellent opportunity for Link.

Because the dormitories were quite spacious and not fully occupied, Link was lucky enough to get a single room. After putting down his luggage, everyone quickly went to the outdoor assembly area.

It looked somewhat like a tiered classroom, but it was outdoors. There were about two hundred students from the five schools combined. Link sat next to Iris in the front row.

Not focusing on the host's speech, Link casually scanned his surroundings. Since it was summer, most of the girls who came here were dressed quite revealingly.

Link quickly spotted a few with good figures. While listening to the speech absentmindedly, his eyes lingered on the long legs and cleavage of these girls. Speaking of which, Link did see a girl with ample cleavage, although her face was a bit square. However, by Western standards, she was still a beauty.

Just as Link was admiring the scenery, Iris next to him suddenly nudged him with her elbow: "Look, there's a little girl over there. Is she a child brought by one of the teachers?"

Link followed her gaze and couldn't help but be slightly taken aback.

"You know her," Iris asked, noticing Link's expression.

"What a coincidence, she's Peggy, the one I mentioned to you before." Link's expression was slightly strange. "Speaking of which, I didn't know Peggy was participating in this camping trip."

Actually, Link had told Peggy that he was coming to the camping trip, but Peggy had never mentioned that she was coming. However, Link thought that Peggy might have forgotten to say it at the time and didn't pay much attention, thinking he would say hello to her later.

Iris didn't know what Link was thinking. She was also very curious about Peggy. Most of the students who came to Wilmott Academy for Gifted Children, especially those in Class A, were confident in their intelligence.

However, after Link arrived, he quickly ranked among the top in the school. This was not only due to his intelligence but also something else. Yet, Iris had heard from Link that two ten-year-old children, Peggy and Sheldon, were even smarter than him.

In reality, Link was self-aware. In Class A, most students were not much less intelligent than him, and some students, although not as intelligent as Sheldon, were still smarter than him.

The main reason Link didn't fall behind was due to his experience from his previous life, which made him better at time management.

At this school, Iris had also met many geniuses, but Link said that none of them could compare to the two children. Therefore, she had long been curious about Sheldon and Peggy. Now that she saw them in person, she naturally wanted to meet them.

So, with a look of interest, Iris said, "So she's Peggy. I'm also very curious about her. When we have free time later, you must introduce her to me."

"Of course, no problem."

The host teacher then introduced the arrangements for the camping trip. It was a twelve-day trip with scheduled training time every day, as well as games where the schools would compete against each other.

The last day would be a Symphony Orchestra competition, with experts from music academies invited to judge.

Schools that won these games and the Symphony Orchestra competition could earn points. The members of the Symphony Orchestra from the school with the highest points would receive a bonus.

The five schools participating in the event were all well-known private schools in Texas, most of which were wealthy. Therefore, the bonuses were generous. Also, winning such events could add points when applying to universities, so everyone would try their best to win.

It took a lot of time to drive here, and after all this, it was already past four in the afternoon. The host announced free time, and dinner would be ready at six o'clock.

Before dinner, Link and Iris found Peggy: "Hi, Peggy, I didn't expect you to come to this camping trip too."

"I heard you say you were coming camping and thought it sounded interesting. It just so happens that our school's Symphony Orchestra is also participating in this event, so I came along."

After speaking, Peggy looked at Iris: "She is..."

"This is Iris, my friend. Iris, this is Peggy, our neighbor. She's like a little sister to me."

"Hello, Peggy."

"Hello."

However, what surprised Link was that Peggy also knew a great deal about music-related knowledge, even mentioning many anecdotes that Iris wasn't aware of.

Watching them discuss, Link didn't interrupt much. Most of the time, he was just a listener. Increasing his knowledge in this area was also beneficial for improving his charm, so Link naturally had no intention of interrupting.

Iris and Peggy seemed to be having a great time chatting. They talked about music for a while, but gradually the topic shifted to school life. At this point, Peggy suddenly asked, "Iris, are you and Link boyfriend and girlfriend?"

Suddenly being asked this by a ten-year-old girl, Iris was a little taken aback. "Oh, ah, yes, we are boyfriend and girlfriend."
