Special Growth of Tropius

After Feebas ate the Beauty Spirit Pill, it curiously watched Lu Li train Tropius. Feebas did not have much of a training plan.

Lu Li had only given it two tasks: deepen its understanding of Special Rain Dance, and store up energy for evolving into Milotic.

At first, Lu Li had considered training Feebas's Splash, because he remembered a scene from some anime or game.

A Trainer's Feebas had been able to leave the water and float in midair. Apparently, that was a permanent Splash.
