Xu Yue explained why he had apologized to the Outer Court students, then went with Gu Yue to the Spirit Pagoda after Leng Yaozhu summoned them. There, they encountered Qiangu Zhangting before Leng Yaozhu announced plans to teach them soul spirit creation and raised Xu Yue’s Second Martial Soul.

• Xu Yue told Ye Xinglan and the others that he owed their classmates an apology, while also recognizing that someone wanted to isolate them.
• Yun Ming and Ya Li approved of Xu Yue’s response, and Yun Ming hoped the students would accept defeat and compete to win back their standing.

Leng Yaozhu showed Xu Yue several Soul Spirit candidates, and he weighed the hundred-thousand-year Thunder Evil Tyrant against the spatial-element Silver Wolf King without choosing either. As the three headed to the Spirit Pagoda’s Soul Spirit research area, Xu Yue explained his plans for cultivating his Second Martial Soul, and Leng Yaozhu offered him the Pagoda’s support for his research with Muye.

• Leng Yaozhu presented the hundred-thousand-year Thunder Evil Tyrant as a strong Mental Attribute candidate for Xu Yue.
• Leng Yaozhu introduced the eighty-two-thousand-year Silver Wolf King, whose rare seventh element was spatial, and Gu Yue denied that the clan had Silver Dragon blood.
• Xu Yue reviewed the other candidates but decided to think longer before choosing a Soul Spirit.

Leng Yaozhu showed Xu Yue and Gu Yue the Spirit Pagoda’s Soul Spirit Research Laboratory, then took Xu Yue to meet the Silver Wolf King he had chosen for his Second Martial Soul. The Silver Wolf King offered to become his Soul Spirit if he completed her challenge, but she had not yet revealed what it was.

• Leng Yaozhu toured Xu Yue and Gu Yue through the laboratory studying artificial Ten-Thousand-Year Soul Spirits.
• Xu Yue chose the Silver Wolf as his Soul Spirit, and Leng Yaozhu warned that no one had ever won over the Unyielding Soul Spirit.
• Leng Yaozhu left Gu Yue to observe the laboratory and brought Xu Yue to the Soul Spirit Hall.
• Xu Yue entered a simulated mountain range and found the Silver Wolf King beside a cave.
• The Silver Wolf King said she would become Xu Yue’s Soul Spirit if he completed her challenge.

Xu Yue met Silver Wolf’s challenge to make her interested in the world again by introducing her to a game. As Silver Wolf became absorbed in the story, the game reached Kafka’s choice about the Stellaron.

• Silver Wolf told Xu Yue that her long imprisonment had left her empty and that she would only become his soul spirit if he rekindled her interest in the world.
• Xu Yue decided that games could overcome Silver Wolf’s disillusionment and used the Authority of Reason, Reproduction to create a screen and controls.
• Xu Yue guided Silver Wolf through a game showing Kafka fighting Voidrangers aboard a space station.
• Silver Wolf grew curious when the game introduced another character named Silver Wolf and became immersed in the story.

Xu Yue absorbed the Silver Wolf King as a soul spirit for his second martial soul, the Truth Gem, and awakened the Authority of Reason. After returning to Leng Yaozhu’s residence, he used part of that authority to help Silver Wolf transform into a human girl.

• Xu Yue convinced Silver Wolf to become his soul spirit by promising her new games and the chance to make games herself.
• Silver Wolf merged with the Truth Gem, which gained four black soul rings and unleashed the Authority of Reason within Xu Yue.
• Xu Yue formed a soul ray gun with his new power, tested it briefly, and left the soul tool chamber.
• Leng Yaozhu asked about the absorption, then arranged a room for Xu Yue to stay in while he adapted to his second martial soul.

Xu Yue tested the Truth Gem’s Authority of Reason by creating Soul Tools, mechas, and Starfall Alloy, then taught Silver Wolf to use it. He began attempting to fuse the Authority of Reason with Eden’s Star, and the chapter ended as the two powers started to merge.

• Xu Yue welcomed Silver Wolf in human form, agreed to provide her with games, and told her to learn human knowledge for battle.
• Xu Yue discovered that the Truth Gem’s soul rings enhanced its abilities without granting fixed soul skills, then created and dismissed a range of Soul Tools.
• Xu Yue constructed a white mecha and reproduced it faster using a stored blueprint, then analyzed and recreated Starfall Alloy.
• Xu Yue replaced the white mecha’s material with Starfall Alloy, found that its systems could not match its upgraded material, and dismantled it.
• Xu Yue taught Silver Wolf to use the Authority of Reason, and she learned to construct simple metal components.

Xu Yue fused the Authority of Earth and the Authority of Reason, briefly becoming the Heavenly Principles and entering Douluo Star’s Origin Space. He stripped Tang Hao of more authority before the four-second state ended, then lost control of a creation attempt and collapsed as someone rushed to catch him.

• Xu Yue’s fusion elevated his Soul Engineer abilities and let him sense that the Heavenly Principles state could last only four seconds.
• Leng Yaozhu, Gu Yue, and powerful beings across Douluo Star sensed a sudden presence ruling heaven and earth.
• Xu Yue entered the Origin Space, where Douluo Star’s planar consciousness welcomed him as the Heavenly Principles and Tang Hao awoke.
• Tang Hao attacked Xu Yue, but Xu Yue silenced him, struck him with heavenly thunder, and stripped away another twenty percent of his plane authority before forcing him back to sleep.
• Xu Yue returned to his body and attempted to create a sphere of energy, but it became unstable and exploded, damaging the room and shaking Sky Spirit Tower.
• Xu Yue collapsed as a familiar person rushed forward and held him.

After overexerting himself while attempting a Self Martial Soul Fusion Skill, Xu Yue recovered under Leng Yaozhu’s care and revealed what he had been testing. He discovered a tiny piece of gold beside his Soul Tools and recognized it as the result of his Transmutation Power.

• Leng Yaozhu found Xu Yue unconscious and depleted, gave him pills, and ordered Big White and Second White to calm everyone and clean up the damaged room.
• Xu Yue woke a day later, and Leng Yaozhu told him that she and Gu Yue had watched over him.
• Xu Yue explained that he had attempted a Self Martial Soul Fusion Skill and lost control of its energy.
• Leng Yaozhu warned Xu Yue to test dangerous abilities safely, and he promised not to make her worry again.
• After Leng Yaozhu left, Xu Yue noticed a tiny piece of gold beside his Soul Tools and identified it as the Transmutation Power from his transformation.

After recovering from his soul spirit absorption, Xu Yue returned to Shrek Academy despite Leng Yaozhu's concerns and reassured his worried classmates. Shen Yi began the class committee competition in the Grand Arena, where Xu Yue quickly eliminated the students who challenged him.

• Xu Yue left Sky Spirit Tower with Gu Yue and returned to Shrek Academy, despite Leng Yaozhu urging him to rest longer.
• Mu Xi, Xu Xiaoyan, Ye Xinglan, and Yan Xue worried over Xu Yue's pale appearance, and he told them he was recovering from overexerting himself while absorbing his second soul spirit.
• Shen Yi announced that students would fight in the Grand Arena to select the class president and vice presidents, with the last three standing taking the posts.
• Xu Yue entered the virtual forest with his real-world weakness replicated, then used his Gravity Domain to repel a Rock-Armored Bear student who attacked him.

Xu Yue condensed a second Blood Essence Soul Ring before stopping Yuan'en Yehui from losing control of her Fallen Angel Martial Soul. Yan Xue proposed Severing the Three Corpses as a solution, and Xu Yue then experienced a vision of his future rise to godhood and the destruction of the Divine Realms.

• Xu Yue found Yuan'en Yehui fighting Yan Xue in a grove and used gravity to restrain her while Yan Xue purified the darkness around her.
