"Lightning Oppression Horizontal!"
Mo withdrew his blade before the Raikage could make his move, then leaped back to open the distance.
The Third Raikage swiftly chopped off his entire left arm with his right hand!
Before he could cauterize the wound with lightning, Mo touched down, pushed off the ground, and charged straight back at him!
He fixed his gaze on the Third Raikage's noticeably paler face and flicked his long blade. Flame-Lightning Blade replaced the Black Flame along its edge.
Flame Release worked exceptionally well against the Raikage, but it was too easy to evade and unlikely to inflict a fatal wound. After everything Mo had put him through, even the Raikage's cheeks looked less dark. He could not possibly be in the same condition as when the fight began.
So Uchiha Mo made his decision: Dark Release would be more effective than Flame Release now!
He gripped his straight blade tightly, raised it, and drew a deep breath.
"Red Scorch: Dark Slash!"
Before the words had left his mouth, Uchiha Mo became a bolt of pitch-black lightning and hurtled toward the pale-faced Third Raikage!
The cold gleam of his blade arrived before its edge!
Though the strike had yet to reach him, the Third Raikage suddenly felt a faint, stinging pain.
"Hah..."
The burly, dark-skinned man gritted his teeth and exhaled hard. Ignoring the blood pouring from his left arm, he raised his right, extended one finger, and poured all his chakra into a charge against the black lightning racing toward him!
"Hell Stab: One-Finger Nukite!"
Pitch-black lightning and brilliant blue electricity shot across the ground. Only after they had passed did the dust they kicked up billow aside.
In the blink of an eye, they closed on each other at terrifying speed, a collision all but certain!
