Two hours later.

Somewhere secluded by the East River, Peter, The Punisher, and Daredevil waited quietly.

Not far away, a pickup truck was parked, with five people inside.

These five were the remnants of the Hellhounds.

They actually didn't know that The Punisher and Daredevil were targeting them.

However, the Spider-Man who could instantly subdue them was quite terrifying to them.

With no other choice, they could only answer any questions and then steer the conversation towards the weapons deal scheduled for tonight.

Although it wasn't very professional, they were gangsters, so what ethics could they possibly have?

"Are we really going to sell out Scarecrow? I heard that Joseph from the east side streets had his body shattered by him for owing Scarecrow money!" a gangster named Bridges whispered, lowering his voice.

"What else can we do? Didn't you see how that guy Spider-Man took us down in a few moves? If I didn't say that to stall for time, would we still be sitting here? Have you forgotten that devil? Who knows if this Spider-Man is like that devil, killing without blinking an eye," another gangster, Barack, retorted.

"That's true, but by doing this, we're completely offending Scarecrow," Bridges said.

"No, maybe this is our chance!" Barack grinned sinisterly, a cunning look in his eyes.

"What do you mean?" Bridges asked.

Barack said, "If Spider-Man and Scarecrow both get hurt..."

Bridges' eyes lit up, "Then we can get rid of Spider-Man, remove the threat, and also get Scarecrow's equipment to strengthen our forces!"

Barack chuckled, "Exactly! With Scarecrow's equipment, plus the 'great achievement' of taking down a superhero, we'll become the next 'Kingpin'!"

Several gangsters' smug laughter echoed from the dilapidated pickup truck.

In the distance, Daredevil and Peter were speechless.

With their superhuman senses, they had both heard the "conspiracy" that the gangsters thought they had whispered.

How to put it?

It was a really good plan.

If Peter were alone, facing Scarecrow with his high-tech equipment without knowing the enemy's background, it might indeed be a bit tricky.

But now, he knew Scarecrow's attack methods, and he had The Punisher and Daredevil by his side.

With such an advantage, how could he possibly lose?

"Regardless, this guy is quite bold," Peter shook his head slightly. These villains were truly audacious; either way, they deserved to be locked up for a long time.

"Spider-Boy, if you don't make a move, I will." The Punisher pulled out a gun and aimed it at the transaction location.

Peter quickly stopped him, "Don't kill Scarecrow, I still need to find out where his weapons factory is from him."

"Hmph!" The Punisher was noncommittal, but his gun barrel shifted slightly.

Peter rolled his eyes. Did he mean that if he hadn't spoken up just now, the first shot would have been aimed at Scarecrow?

Thinking of this, Peter no longer hesitated. He directly shot webs from both hands and propelled himself forward.

As Peter moved, The Punisher also opened fire.

A gangster who had just gotten out of the car had a bloody hole in his face and fell down.

"Ambush!" Scarecrow was startled, "You actually dared to betray me!"

As he spoke, he raised his Shockwave Gauntlet and aimed it at Bridges, the gangster who had been talking to him.

This shockwave looked like a type of sound wave, but with the frequency amplified to an extreme, almost becoming tangible, with wave-like ripples appearing in the air.

The sonic wave traveled extremely fast. In an instant, the shockwave hit Bridges.

Bridges' chest instantly caved in, and his body was sent flying several meters away, collapsing on the ground like a pile of mush.

"Damn it, run!" Barack, still in the car, yelled loudly.

Their car immediately started moving.

"Jackson, retreat quickly!" Scarecrow's companion shouted again.

At this moment, Peter also arrived.
