The Target of Everyone's Wrath, the End of the Protection Period, and Paradise Building Players Losing Their Nerve
The sun faded from the sky. Before it vanished completely, its last rays fell upon Mad King Building, forming a warm veil of light.
As the sun departed, the sight was more breathtaking than any spectacle.
Everyone from Demon King Castle stepped outside without thinking and watched it go.
"Do you think that was actually a star?" Zhen Lu asked, still shaken.
"Impossible!" Cao Yaxuan instinctively rejected the idea. It defied common sense, though she sounded less certain a moment later.
The sun was not supreme. Many ancient texts recorded gods who could rival it.
And those texts might well be true.
Of course, names of true power would never appear in ordinary books. Such names held Transcendent power in themselves.
Cao Yaxuan refused to back down. "A star is a million times the size of Earth. How could that thing be so small?"
Zhen Lu rolled her eyes. "Who said I meant the sun in our solar system? It might really be a miniature star!"
"Possible," Han Jisoo said with a nod.
The two close friends bickered all the time. If no one else joined in, they might have kept going indefinitely.
But once Han Jisoo entered the conversation, both women fell silent.
Everyone's attention shifted to the Corona Throne.
None of them had ever heard of an Overlord-tier Dormitory Building. They speculated for a while but reached no firm answer.
The name Corona Throne, however, reminded them of the Intel Notes left by veteran players from Boredom Land.
One of those notes had been left by a Corona Building player.
Corona Building and the Corona Throne might be connected.
Before they could dwell on it, something else changed.
The players who had died in the survival competition revived in their respective dorms.
Then they noticed something very strange.
