The strange fleshball wizard chuckled as he spoke.
"We should also thank those demons. They provide excellent experimental materials, and there are always little surprises among them. The fleshball wizard laughed in his muffled voice, and several apprentices revealed similar smiles.
Watching them, Ruger guessed that the wizard apprentices wearing those same smiles were likely the sort who had delved deeply into demonic power.
"You have three days to stay here. More precisely, you must report to wherever you are supposed to go within three days. For now, you have no room to choose," the fleshball wizard said. He bounced off the ground and rose to his feet, then casually added, "The rest is up to you. Try your best to stay alive, little ones."
All the wizard apprentices rose and bowed toward the massive figure
