Though he was interested in the tiny thing as well, the wizard apprentice undergoing transformation and advancement right before his eyes was clearly far more tempting. For a moment, his mind wandered, and he felt like a little demon himself, facing temptation. Then he made up his mind not to mock that small fellow who could not control himself anymore. The sublimation ritual created by the wizards had successfully struck at its weakness. Everyone had a hidden side, just as Ruger had once sat in a chair with his toes unable to touch the ground. Whether one was strong or weak, once their true nature had been figured out and thoroughly studied, they would become very dangerous.
