The First Patient

At the entrance to a newly built complex in central London that looked very much like a hospital, Summer's heat did nothing to dampen the lively atmosphere on the streets. In fact, as time passed, more and more people gathered there.

"Mr. Marvolio, should we take some measures? If a stampede occurs, we may be able to cover it up, but it would still cast an unfavorable shadow over our first collaborative project."

Standing beside Marvolio, the Prime Minister watched the ever-growing crowd of curious onlookers at the entrance with concern.

However, he was not worried about his own safety. Not only did he have a formidable security team, but beside him stood a powerful wizard hailed as Tver's successor!

Marvolio swept his eyes over the scene expressionlessly. Remembering his task this time, he could only sigh helplessly.

He never should have. He absolutely never should have...

He should never have let Tver tempt him with a badge and then eagerly agreed to everything!

Still, although many matters had been dumped on him, Tver was not actually as relaxed as he had seemed.

After all, the repeal of the Statute of Secrecy had been somewhat hasty—or rather, far too abrupt.

Even though the Federation members had mentally prepared themselves, that did not mean they, or the global magical community, were ready to open the wizarding world to the public.

So, after hastily upgrading the badge, Tver had been taken by Dumbledore to the Wizarding Federation.

Apparently, they needed to discuss and formulate relevant policies and laws as quickly as possible, in order to fill the legal void left by the repeal of the Statute of Secrecy.

If Grindelwald's identity had not been somewhat awkward, he would have been dragged over there too!
