As Yu Ci's comprehension of the Xuan Yuan Gen Ben Qi Fa deepens, the Inner Void transforms naturally. Its periphery fills with shifting lights and images of terrain, plants, birds, and beasts; prolonged observation causes dizziness 169. During Yu Ci's passage through the Nine Heavens Gang Wind, his consciousness enters the Inner Void and merges with the Fish Dragon manifestation, marking a major transformation in its use 181.

After the Xuan Yuan Gen Ben Qi Fa reaches Qi Introduction, the Inner Void can draw and expel external forces. Yu Ci uses the Fish Dragon manifestation to remove Gang force and the ghost beast's firelight, then completes a major construction within it 182.
