Some Successors demanded that Perpetuity halt its assault, but it did nothing.

The entire collective led by Perpetuity showed no mercy when striking against the Successors, directly employing the most powerful and indefensible weapons in the Amoeba: faster-than-light projectiles carrying black hole bombs.
Having already suffered the disadvantage of losing the initiative, they hesitated for a brief moment now because Perpetuity and its forces were of the same kin.
One had to know that the situation on the battlefield was measured in fractions of a second and changed unpredictably; this tiny moment was enough to make the Successors pay a painful price.
"Perpetuity hates us for abandoning the will! To them, we are traitors! We must fight back! They are no longer kin, they are enemies!"
The Successors prepared to strike back, but they received an order from the leader of the collective.

The Successor collective as a whole entered faster-than-light speed, and a frenzied Perpetuity issued commands to its collective.
