Piccolo and Kami's Decision

After walking for a while, Android 17 said, "This area really is deserted, with hardly any people or cars. We have no choice but to fly. Let's head somewhere livelier first."

"Exactly! Besides, I need to buy some new clothes!" Android 18 agreed.

"Fine! Then let's go to a nearby city and buy some things." After Android 17 said that, Android 16 nodded as well.

Ye Bai walked over from a short distance away and came up behind them. "You're going to the city to buy things. Do you have any money on you?"

"Oh? So you do?" Android 17 turned around and replied.

"If you don't have money, are you going shopping or robbing people? I humbly happen to have a teeny tiny bit of savings—about a billion or so. How about you take me along? I can reluctantly pay the bill for you or something." Ye Bai said with a grin, making it impossible to tell what he was thinking.

"Oh? You're a strange one too. Fine, we'll take you with us," Android 17 said. The other two had no objections, and Android 18 even crossed her arms and winked her left eye.

With that, the four of them flew toward a nearby city.

Meanwhile, having witnessed the androids' strength, Piccolo chose to fly to Kami's Lookout and prepare to merge with Kami once again. Seeing Piccolo flying toward him, Kami understood what he intended to do.

After following Android 17 and the others for a while, Ye Bai spotted a small pink van below them. Android 17 decided to take the vehicle, and after they landed behind it and opened the rear doors, they found the cargo area packed with goods. Two workers nearby were drinking coffee at a self-service coffee machine. When they saw the group opening the back of their vehicle, they shouted, "Hey! What are you brats doing?"

To the two workers' astonishment, Android 16 lifted the van and dumped out all the cargo in the back. Seeing this, Ye Bai took out a checkbook, wrote out a check for one million, tore it off, and stuffed it into the hands of one of the still-stunned workers before climbing into the cargo area.

Android 16 squeezed in after him. Android 17 took the driver's seat, while Android 18 sat in the passenger seat. Looking at the uncomfortable-looking seats along both sides of the cargo area, Ye Bai grumbled irritably, "Hey! Android 17, couldn't you have picked a more decent car? This looks horribly uncomfortable."

"Can't be helped. There don't seem to be any other cars nearby, so just make do with it."

"Alright, let's go! Our destination is Son Goku's house!" Android 17 said after answering him.

"Before that, I want to buy some clothes," Android 18 added first.

"Alright, alright, I got it." With that, Android 17 started the vehicle and set off under the workers' gaze.

However, the journey was far from pleasant. They had barely gotten on the road when a biker gang provoked them. Android 17 decided to have some fun with them and promptly began a high-speed chase.

"Android 18, do you like the kind of clothes they're wearing?" Android 17 teased.

"Stop joking around. Who would want clothes that tacky?" Android 18 retorted.

"Android 17, could you please drive more steadily? I'm going to throw up," Ye Bai complained as he was tossed around in the back.

"Alright, alright, I know."

Just as he said that, a huge slope appeared ahead. The van shot into the air before crashing heavily back down.

"I hate roller coasters," Ye Bai said as he sat on the smooth, hard seat. His butt did not hurt physically, but being bounced around made his butt hurt psychologically.

Before long, they drove onto a railway track, making the ride even bumpier. Ye Bai was bounced into the air and dropped back down again and again. Then a train came charging toward them. With a sharp turn, Android 17 drove the van back down the slope, while the biker gang behind them all fell over as they tried to avoid the train.

The van returned to the proper road, and Ye Bai finally felt like his butt belonged to him again. They continued onward, and before long, Android 18 reclined her seat and lay back on it.

"Say, do you really have no idea where Son Goku is?" Android 18 asked, turning to look at Android 17 with her hands tucked beneath her head.

"We'll find out sooner or later. What are you worried about?" Android 17 said as he drove.

"You really don't understand the situation at all. Honestly! At this rate, you'll never find him," Android 18 said indifferently.

"Son Goku's house is near the mountains in East District 439," Android 16 said with his head lowered from behind Android 18.

"You sure know a lot. Did Dr. Gero tell you that?" Android 17 said, turning his head.

"Son Goku's house is right next to mine. By the way, Android 18, you've got a pretty nice figure. How about we forget about finding Goku and go on a date instead?" Sitting behind Android 17, Ye Bai had a full view of Android 18's figure. After answering Android 17's question, he looked into Android 18's eyes and asked.

"By the way, aren't you with Son Goku's group? Aren't you worried that we'll kill Son Goku?" Android 18 asked, turning to look at Ye Bai.

"Um... you probably can't kill him yet. But after a while, someone might come looking to cause trouble for you," Ye Bai replied after thinking about it.

"What? Other than Son Goku and the others, who else could cause us trouble? If there is someone, let them come," Android 18 said, not taking Ye Bai's words seriously at all.

"By the way, Android 18, are you really not going to go on a date with me?" Ye Bai ignored her response and continued teasing her.

Android 18 turned and carefully studied Ye Bai's face. "It's not impossible. After I defeat Son Goku, I can consider it."

After saying that, she winked. It had to be said that Android 18 was indeed beautiful—delicate features, a lovely figure, and a soft, gentle way of speaking.

"We're about to enter the city. Android 18, didn't you want to buy new clothes?" The outline of a city appeared in the distance, and Android 17 turned to speak to Android 18.

"Great! I can finally say goodbye to these lousy clothes. Drive faster!" Android 18 sat up and said excitedly as she looked at the city ahead.

Meanwhile, at Kami's Lookout, Kami saw Bulma and the others down below discover Trunks's time machine—but it had not been Trunks who brought it to this time, but another unknown life-form. Kami finally made up his mind and said to Piccolo, "The time has come to become the strongest Namekian warrior! Before long, Earth will undergo unbelievable changes. They will be a crisis absolutely incomparable to anything that has happened before. I have an almost despairing premonition."
