Vegeta, hovering in midair, said nothing. Instead, he spread his arms and gathered ki with all his strength. Golden light shone around him, and from afar, he looked like a dazzling four-pointed star. Vegeta brought his hands together in front of him, aiming them at Cell. Countless white bolts of lightning sprayed outward from his hands, as though something terrifying was gathering between them. A golden sphere of energy flickered into existence in his palms until it fully formed.

"Even if you've become perfect, I don't believe you'd dare take this attack head-on. Then again, I doubt you have the guts. At best, you're just a coward." Vegeta spoke up, loudly provoking him.

Beside Ye Bai, Krillin stared at Vegeta in terror. "Th-this... don't tell me! Vegeta isn't planning to use that attack on Earth, is he?"

"Stop, Dad! The Earth will be finished!" Trunks shouted urgently.

Faced with such a terrifying energy cannon, Cell had no intention of dodging. Perhaps Vegeta's taunt had worked; Cell placed his hands at his waist, preparing to take the attack head-on. He wanted to drive Vegeta into utter despair.
