Fifteen years flashed by. Mara—or rather, Mara, who had changed his name to Mora after integrating into the Federation—successfully graduated from Liu Prefecture Academy.

He was now a Three-Stage Arcane Treasure Master.

Normally, as a Destiny Ghost, he had no such thing as an Arcane Treasure. After all, his entire structure was built from Fate Patterns. If he truly transformed his own Fate Patterns into an Arcane Treasure, the only outcome would be death.

But Mara had his own solution. He publicly claimed that his Arcane Treasure was not a tangible object, but an ability called Life Ghost Transformation.

It allowed him to turn himself into a Destiny Ghost.

No one particularly doubted it. Arcane Treasures came in a thousand strange forms, and while Arcane Treasure Masters whose treasures awakened abilities were a minority, they were not unheard of.

Using that claim, Mara successfully entered the academy as an Arcane Treasure Master and was able to wield his Destiny Ghost powers openly and aboveboard.

The main reason was the prevailing school of thought. His Destiny Ghost rank had already reached Evil-level, and he had touched the threshold of Baleful-Intent Rank. Once he gave birth to a domain, he would become a genuine Baleful-Intent Rank Destiny Ghost.

Over the past fifteen years, the quantity and quality of Destiny Ghosts in the Federation had naturally risen on a massive scale as Mara's strength increased.

Yet the speed of that growth could not keep up with Mara himself at all.

Thus, the average Destiny Ghost rank was now upper Grievance Rank, with a small portion reaching Ferocious-level.

Meanwhile, Mara was Evil-level. No one believed that any Destiny Ghost in the Federation could currently reach such a rank.
