In Jing Prefecture, a Federation Councilor clutched the bloody hole in his chest, staring at Ke Lan with disbelief written across his face.

With the strength of a Grand Arcane Treasure Master, such an injury should not have been fatal. Yet now, his life was draining away, and death was swallowing him whole.

"Nothing is impossible." Ke Lan directly fired another shot.

Two shots to the chest and one to the head—even immortals would have to shake their heads.

He took the Federation Councilor's life on the spot.

This was not the first Federation Councilor he had killed, and likely would not be the last.

The moment he killed the first Councilor, he had been wanted, and all of Jing Prefecture had launched a manhunt against him.

The reason it was only part of its assistance was naturally because the restrictive logic was far too vast, making it impossible to fully utilize.

Even so, it possessed remarkable abilities, such as absorption.
