Watching Cell fully recover, Goku finally remembered. "I forgot—you can regenerate too."

Cell moved his newly grown body. "You've got Piccolo's tricks too." The remark made Piccolo bristle with anger.

"I thought I'd won with that last attack. But your ki has dropped a lot too," Goku said.

"Same goes for you. Aren't you panting too?" Cell was unconcerned—he had yet to use his full strength, while Goku was already at the end of his rope. The advantage was his.

"Let's continue. The same method definitely won't work again. Meaningless attacks will only drain your stamina." Cell's lips curved upward.

"I know." Goku assumed a fighting stance, golden flames blazing around him once more.

The two charged at each other simultaneously.
