"Could it be the viral heart disease that kid from the future talked about?"

Hearing Gohan's words, Piccolo hurriedly turned around to confirm it.

By then, Goku could no longer suppress the viral heart disease inside him. He dropped to one knee and braced himself with a hand to keep from collapsing.

Piccolo also recalled what Future Trunks had said three years ago, as well as the medicine he had given Goku.

"Gohan, don't say such nonsense. Didn't Goku's viral heart disease get cured with the special medicine long ago?"

Android 19 flicked the metal earring on his ear, then fired a laser beam from his eyes at Goku. Violent explosions erupted everywhere the beam passed, kicking up enormous clouds of dust.

By the law of smoke meaning no damage, Goku was naturally unharmed.

A golden flash flew out of the dust, trying to widen the distance from Android 19. But Android 19 instantly appeared before Goku and punched him in the face. He then flashed behind him and drove an elbow into his lower back, followed by a knee strike. Goku was sent uncontrollably into the sky, while Android 19 had already flown even higher. With a heavy blow, he smashed Goku ruthlessly back to the ground.

After hitting the ground, Goku's body slid forward for some distance. Once he stopped, he struggled to reach forward and push himself up.

"Even the Senzu Bean didn't work!"

Seeing that Goku had not improved even after eating a Senzu Bean, everyone's shocked expressions were hard to dispel.
